Peacefully on 5th January 2024 at St Quentin’s Care Home, Newcastle. Craig aged 61 years. A loving and devoted partner, son, brother, father and grandfather. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service will take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Monday 5th February 2024 at 11:30am. Family flowers only please, donations in Craig’s memory will be gratefully received for The Brain Tumour Charity

John Price

Peacefully on 10th January 2024, in the care of The Royal Stoke University Hospital, John aged 78 years Loved and missed by all who knew him. Funeral service will take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Thursday 8th February 2024 at 11am. Donations in John's memory will be gratefully received for the continued work at The Royal Stoke University Hospital.

Howard Lowe

Peacefully on 13th January 2024, in the care of The Royal Stoke Hospital. Howard, aged 76 years Dearly loved and fondly remembered by all his family and friends. Funeral service will take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Friday 9th February 2024 at 2:30pm, donations in Howard's memory will be gratefully received for The RNIB and The BHF

Susan Evans

Peacefully at home with Brian and the girls at her side on 23rd January 2024, Susan aged 71 years, a devoted and much loved wife, mum, non and friend. Funeral service will take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Thursday 15th February 2024 at 3pm. Family flowers only. Donations in Susan's memory will be gratefully received for The Douglas Mac Hospice and The British Lung Foundation

Gerard Adams

Passed away peacefully at home on January 28th 2024 surrounded by his loving family. The dearly beloved husband of the late June Adams and much loved uncle and brother-in-law. Gerard will be greatly missed yet loved and remembered eternally. Funeral service to be held on Wednesday 21st February 2024 at 11am Carmountside Chapel, followed by internment at Carmountside Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations preferred for the Dougie Mac Hospice.

Neville Cooper

Peacefully on 1st February 2024, Nev aged 80 years. Treasured and dearly loved by all his family and friends. Funeral service will take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Thursday 22nd February 2024 at 10am. Donations in Nev's memory will be gratefully received toward the work in Prostate Cancer

Eric Budworth

Peacefully at home on 2nd February 2024, Eric aged 92 years. Devoted husband of Vanda and the late Dorothy and a caring stepfather. Eric was the former chair of The MS Society, Stoke On Trent. Funeral service will take place At Carmountside Crematorium on Friday 23rd February 2024 at 10am. Donations in lieu of flowers, to Eric’s memory will be gratefully received for the work of the Salvation Army.

Gordon Husseyin

At rest peacefully at the Royal Stoke University Hospital on Wednesday 17th January 2024 Aged 73 years. Devoted Husband of the late Patricia Ann, beloved Dad of Sarah, Carol, Susan and the late Nicola and Linda, and a dear Father in Law of Dan, David and Rob. Treasured Grandad of Liam, Bethany, Ashton, Lois and Rachel, much loved Brother of Vera, Linda, Zehra and Sandra and a dear Brother in Law of Ron, Tony, Alan and the late Alan and Jeff. Also, a cherished uncle and friend who will be missed by all those who knew him. Funeral Service to be held at Carmountside Crematorium on Friday 23rd February at 12 Midday Family flowers only please by request. Peacefully in the care of the staff at the Royal Stoke University Hospital, Denis aged 75 years. A loving and devoted Husband of Pat, much loved Dad of Jason, Kathleen, Georgina, Rachel, Andrew, Mark, Charlene and Michael and a treasured Grandad and Great Grandad. Denis will be missed by those who knew him. Funeral service to take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Thursday 11th April at 1;30pm. Donations if desired will be gratefully received for the RNIB and Midland Air Ambulance in memory of Denis.

Linda Johnson

Unexpectedly and suddenly on Monday 1st April at the Royal Stoke University Hospital, Aged 65 Years. Beloved Daughter of Thomas, devoted Wife of Mick, much loved Mum of Marc and Shaun. Dearly loved Sister of Carole and a treasured Nana of Phoebe and Nate. Dear Mother in Law of Samantha and loved Aunt of Lee, Mark and Shirl. Linda will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by her family and friends. Funeral service to be held at Carmountside Crematorium on Thursday 25th April at 1pm. Flowers are welcome and you are invited to attend in attire you are comfortable with, be it black or bright.

William Gerald Leake

Aged 88 Years At rest at the Douglas Macmillan Hospice on Saturday 13th April 2024 Devoted Wife of the late Maurice, a much loved Mother and Mother in Law. Treasured Nan and Great Nan and a dear Sister and friend to many. Mildred will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by her family and friends. Andrew Paul LEESE, sadly passed away on 13 April 2024, aged 61 Years. Dearly loved and missed by all his family. Funeral service to take place at Carmountside Crematorium & Cemetery on Wednesday 1st May at 10:00am. Burial in the Cemetery follows the service in the chapel. Keith McCue

McCue Keith Peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family, Keith aged 65 years, who fell asleep for the last time on the 18th April 2024. The treasured Husband of Gill. A dearly loved Dad of Jo, Sam, Jenny, Matt and the late Tommee. A devoted Grandad to Owen, Aimee, Nicole, Lucy, Jake, Lilly, Bella, Ruby, Tommy and Theo. A dear Brother of John, David, Marie and the late Graham. A beloved Son in law, Father-in-law and fantastic Uncle. Funeral service at Carmountside cemetery chapel on Friday 24th May at 1pm prior to interment in the lawn cemetery. Family flowers only please donations preferred to the UHNM charity (kidney unit). McManus Brenda Peacefully after a short illness at the Poplars Retirement Home on the 19th April, Brenda aged 91 years formerly of Barlaston. A dearly loved Wife of the late Dennis. Much loved Mother of Rob and Gill. A dear Sister of Michael and Dianne. A treasured Nan of Lucy and William. Much loved Mother-in-law of Julie. John William Mayer

At rest peacefully at Bradwell Hall on Tuesday 30th April 2024 Aged 83 yrs Beloved Wife of the late Peter, loved Mother of Christopher and Libby, dear Grandmother of Keeley and Farrah and a loved Sister and Aunt. Jean will be sadly missed by her family and friends. A private funeral service has been arranged for Jean at the family’s request.

Muriel Joan Gould

Muriel Joan GOULD, sadly passed away on 30 April 2024, aged 96 Years. Joan will be sadly missed but remembered with great fondness by her family and friends. Funeral Service to take place at St Mary's Church, Bucknall at 12 Midday on Wednesday 29th May, followed by burial at Carmountside Cemetery. Flowers are welcome or donations if preferred for St Mary's Church, Bucknall.

Donations in lieu of flowers will be gratefully received for the Respiratory Lung Department, in memory of Margaret.
